Indian Nuclear Test - Pokharan
I had recently seen a movie named "Pokharan" where my thoughts took me to a journey of respect to proud to a generation from where i also connect to. It was about 1995 & 1998. Nuclear Test happened on 11th may at 3.45 PM. Movie tells a lot about how it happened and why it happened. Sadfully i never knew all this which happened behind this success of nuclear test.
This blog is about my thoughts which appears in reaction of United states of America being so reluctant to allow any other country to have Nuclear Power as they do have it. For example today North Korea trying to do Nuclear test arrangements but USA have been very clear about not allowing them, i am sure India had seen similar reluctance while they did the trial.
I still remembered how Onions vanished from India and prices of Onions got so high as it became a discussion of National Debate in parliament. Onions absorbs nuclear radiations and it was that's why used in the test to absorb the radiations afterwords. Those were the days where I was not even knowing anything about but certainly i had seen those days and the pride which this test bought to us. So ultimately this blog is about those new generation who were either born close in 1990's or were not even born. This new generation should always feel proud that we are living in the age where we are a "Nuclear Power Nation " which happened in 1998, Certainly new generation people would not be able to correlate with whatever happened around those years. This new gen would be very casual while debating as if we were always having this Nuclear power. "parmanu" Movie highlights few interesting reactions of China performing such test, an interesting conversation to attempt a test in 1995 which somehow goes wrong.
While i write this blog today i feel that their exist a lot of effort & struggle by Governments, Army, Scientist & various agencies which are not even known to us. We all are protected & live life very casually
