Is daughter not a daughter after she does marriage?

This post comes after a thought came to me while listing to a radio advertisement , the advertisement was about a father to make "Property  Will " equally to a son & a daughter.

However, We have a law in place which says as below:

The Married daughter have equal right in the parental property after the advent of amendment in Hindu Succession Act 1956, that came into force since 9th sept 2005. 

The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, originally didn't give daughters equal rights to ancestral property. This disparity was removed by an amendment that came into force on September 9, 2005.

If we go by law, a girl child could claim the share in property of her father's property. This sounds Embarrassing and stupid to even bring a law. Since now law is in place, its very good. I am sure law has come for a good reason but what was the need to bring this law ? Why father / mother  has no fucking brains to equally give among all children ??

When a child is born , its a child, we love the child irrespective to  a boy or a girl. We buy games, shoes, clothes, love, cuddle, we take care with love among all kids. Does it changes love when kids grow? Does parents starts to mentally discriminate among their own kids? their own blood ?

I cannot understand when a father or mother decide to feel that after their life, whatever they have earned in entire life, name, respect, fame, money, property, everything he shall give it to their "male " born children. This must be mainly because their Son should continue to enjoy & protect his life because he was born with different challenges or different luck Spoon? 

Each parent wants their child to live longer, safer & better  in each ways. What if, a daughter to a parent was loved so much, taken care so much for lets say first part of her life, till 25-26 age, but after marriage she faces lot of financial challenges, she finds her life affected badly or so. But parents could just see her as spectator and give their entire property to their son.

As a father of a daughter age 5, i feel even if some day i get a  son child, i cannot divide my emotions into 2 pieces. i cannot discriminate among my kids in any possible way...right from the kind of school they would go to clothes they wear to college to protecting their entire life.

This blog is about a child, no matter if a boy or girl, why do we have to give preferences to any "Son" child. Whoever has a girl child should understand one technical fact, whatever challenges a boy has to face in life would also be faced by a daughter child. So we should  support each kid in same way.
